Rosie's Lemonade
Built a premium all-natural pink lemonade brand from recipe to retail shelf — name, identity, packaging, and launch campaign.
The Situation
The founder had a family recipe for pink lemonade that everyone who tried it wanted to buy. She had the product. She had the passion. She did not have a brand. No name, no packaging, no visual identity, no story beyond 'my grandmother's recipe.'
The Problem
The better-for-you beverage aisle is a wall of sameness. Kraft paper everything. The same hand-drawn fruit. The same "clean" aesthetic that stopped feeling clean three years ago. She needed to stand out without looking like she was trying to.
The Work

The Approach
We started with the story — a grandmother, a recipe, a glass pitcher on a summer porch. That became the brand. We named it Rosie's, built a visual identity around handcrafted warmth and real ingredients, designed the packaging system, and directed the launch campaign so every touchpoint felt like summer in a bottle.
The Outcome
A brand that buyers said yes to on the first meeting. Packaging that moved on shelf from day one. A founder who finally had something as good as the product inside the bottle.
